Learning From My Wagering Errors

First to explain why I write this essay. I have been betting on the internet or at a brick and mortar betting houses for many years. I have learned, the addiction can take a hold of you and you will not even notice it up until you are broke. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I’ve gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very short amount of time and still on occasion, I will go too far. It appears you are just having a blast until you start to be aware of your defeats and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you feel sick in your gut and the more you try the quicker you are deprived.

When you notice that you are ahead, remain on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, trust me, this plan almost never ever functions. Say you’re betting on slots, have an amount put aside prior to starting your action. DO NOT exceed that boundary, no matter how tempting. If you happen to win, put that in a separate cup. Do not risk your profits no matter what. As soon as you’ve played through your original set limit, stop. Head out, regardless if it’s on the net or at a brick and mortar casino, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, another time.

Remember, betting is supposed to be FUN not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you do not belong there. If youcannot afford the loss, do not even start.
